Large scale manufacturing

We’re proud to design, fabricate and finish in-house. Our Acacia Ridge factory is equipped for metal fabrication, acrylic fabrication, vinyl work, automotive-grade Metalux painting, digital printing, laser cutting, CNC routing and Braille or Tactile to AS 1428.1 and BCA D3.6 standards (in accordance with section D3.6 of the Building Code of Australia).

LED 12V electrical installations

Our in-house fitters specialise in illuminated signage, including LED, fluorescent and neon illumination for projects of any scale.

Planning & strategy

We believe planning is the most important stage of any project. After in-depth briefings from our client, we begin the planning process. We conduct extensive on-site surveys to identify relevant building codes and standards, apply wayfinding principles to plot sign placement.

Design & modelling services

Our graphic design department is a powerhouse of creativity and problem-solving. From early aesthetic visions to technical finished plans, our designers operate at the highest standard.

National installation network

Our expansive national network enables us to pack, crate, deliver and install signage throughout Australia. Together, our internal installation technicians and trusted subcontractors allow us to service clients anywhere in Australia.

Design Development

Begin development of approved schematic design and resolve early issues
Finalise Wayfinding Methodology designs for each sign type and get client approval
Liaise with architect, contractor and specialist sub-contractors
Revise fabrication and Wayfinding Sign installation budget

Construction Documentation

Prepare design intent drawings for all Wayfinding Sign types
Create final Wayfinding Sign layouts, elevations and fabrication details
Prepare specification to describe design intent standards
Complete final Wayfinding Sign location plans and schedule

Bid Support

Prepare a shortlist of possible fabricators
Hold pre-bid meeting or conference call to discuss design intent documentation and answer questions
Assist client with the evaluation of the bids

Construction Administration

Hold pre-construction meeting to clarify the design intent drawings
Liaise with Architectural Sign Systems Australia workshop to review samples, materials and workmanship
Provide supervisory assistance on site during Custom Wayfinding Sign installation
Provide a snagging list and sign off when snagging completed and finished Wayfinding Sign is installed
